2. Purpose of Treatment

2.1 Data Collected by the Mobile Application

The MI ERP mobile application collects the following types of data to provide its functionalities:

Location Data

Our application accesses device location data (precise and approximate location) for the following purposes:

• Registration of commercial visits: Allows users to record the geographical location of visits made to clients as part of sales and CRM management.
• Route tracking: Facilitates the tracking of commercial routes to optimize the management of sellers and sales representatives.
• Geolocation in the background: The application can access the location of the device even when it is not in active use, for the purpose of recording visits and routes continuously during the work day. This functionality requires express authorization from the user and can be deactivated at any time from the device settings.

Location data is stored securely and is only shared with the Odoo ERP server configured by the user or their company for business data synchronization.

Camera

The application requests access to the device's camera to:

• Capture photographs of products, documents or evidence of commercial visits.
• Scan barcodes or QR codes for quick product identification.

The captured images are stored locally and/or synchronized with the Odoo ERP server according to the user's configuration.

Microphone

The app requests access to the device's microphone to:

• Voice input or dictation capabilities (if enabled).
• Recording audio notes related to commercial activities.

Microphone access is only enabled when the user explicitly uses features that require it.

Notifications

The app uses push notifications to:

• Alert about new orders, messages or ERP system updates.
• Reminders of scheduled visits or pending tasks.
• Sync notifications and app status.

Network Status

The application accesses information about the status of the network connection to:

• Determine when to synchronize data with the server.
• Manage the offline/online mode of the application.

App Data Storage and Sharing

The data collected by the mobile application is:

• Stored locally on the user's device in encrypted form.
• Synchronized with the Odoo ERP server configured by the user or their organization.
• They are not shared with third parties other than the provider of the Odoo ERP server used.
• They are not used for third party advertising purposes.

User Control

The user can at any time:

• Revoke location, camera, or microphone permissions from your device settings.
• Turn off app notifications.
• Request the deletion of your data as established in this policy.

3. Rights of the Holders

The owners of the information may exercise the following rights:

• Know, update and rectify your data.
• Request proof of the authorization granted.
• Be informed about the use given to your data.
• File complaints with the Superintendency of Industry and Commerce (SIC) for violations of regulations.
• Revoke authorization and/or request the deletion of your data when legal principles and guarantees are not respected.

4. Authorization of the Owner

Grupo MI ERP SAS requests prior, express and informed authorization for the processing of personal data. This authorization can be granted in writing, verbally or through unequivocal conduct such as the use of our services.

We adopt necessary technical, administrative and human measures to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, alteration or disclosure.

6. Data Transfer and Transmission

The data may be transmitted or transferred to third-party allies or technological providers, inside and outside the country, solely to fulfill the purposes described and guaranteeing the confidentiality and security of the information.

7. Procedure for Exercise of Rights
