Venezuela: POS Connection with Latin Payments

Integration of the POS with the Latin Payments gateway (C2P / P2P / Vuelto digital)

Module functionalities

• C2P (Customer to Person) collection: the customer authorizes the payment with an OTP token from the issuing bank; The collection is credited to the business.
• P2P (Person to Person) shipping: shipments to a third party from the merchant account with a single click.
• Digital change: delivers the change to the customer via Mobile Payment when paying in cash and there is no fee.
• Cached JWT authentication: The token is stored in res.company, automatically renewed and retried once upon 401.
• Live Bank List: The popup loads the official bank list from the Latin Payments API.
• Operation queries: menu with API Status, Balance, History (per account) and Banks.
• Audit in pos.payment: reference, status, message and the raw request/response in JSON are persisted for each payment.
• Configurable action per payment method: each pos.payment.method chooses whether it is C2P, P2P or Vuelto.
• Compatible with Odoo 19: without _load_pos_data_fields and without touching the POS load cycle.
• Create a payment method in the POS with the Latin Payments terminal and choose the action (C2P, P2P or Vuelto).
• In the POS, add the payment method to the ticket. The popup preloads the data if the client is assigned.
• The teller captures bank, phone, amount and OTP token, and confirms.
• Odoo sends the request to the Latin Payments API through the backend proxy.
• The response (reference, status, message) is associated with the payment pos. and the ticket is closed.
• Inherits pos.config, pos.payment.method, pos.payment and res.company.
• Implement a custom PaymentInterface (PaymentLatinPagos) in the POS, with native OWL popups.
• HTTP controller that acts as a proxy towards the Latin Pagos REST API to avoid CORS restrictions.
• JWT authentication with cache in company and renewal at 11 p.m.
• Whitelist of fields per endpoint (C2P / P2P / Vuelto) according to the official contract.
