Module functionalities

• Occurrence: when registering an accident, the system automatically generates the chain of legal notifications with their expirations and alerts.
• Declaration: the Accident Declaration for the INPSASEL and Form 14-123 for the IVSS are issued within the deadlines.
• Investigation: the tree of causes is documented and the corrective/preventive measures (CAPA) are defined with the person responsible and date.
• Rest and payroll: rest due to accident flows to the payroll through the types of work entry, respecting the contribution base.
• Statistics: every quarter the IF/IG/II indices are calculated and the Epidemiological Surveillance Report is issued for the INPSASEL.
