Colombia: Forwarding of DIAN ZIP attached in email

Attach the DIAN ZIP (AttachedDocument) and PDF as separate attachments when sending/forwarding electronic invoices by mail.

Module functionalities

• Locate the AttachedDocument signed by DIAN
• Adds it to the wizard as a separate file
• Keep the standard name FExxx.zip
• Maintained on each subsequent resend
• Re-add the PDF placeholder that l10n_co_dian hides
• Allows you to preview before sending
• Supports custom email templates
• Does not duplicate if attachment is already present
• Works on initial shipment (when the ZIP is built)
• Works on manual resends from the invoice
• Compatible with mass sending of the wizard
• Does not interfere with the DIAN approval flow
• Auto-installable when l10n_co_dian is present
• No parameters or adjustments required
• Does not modify existing data
• Compatible with current billing flows
• Publish the electronic invoice and wait for DIAN approval.
• Click Send and Print.
• In the wizard you will see FExxx.pdf and FExxx.zip as separate attachments.
• Press Send and the client will receive both files.
• Open any previously sent electronic invoice.
• Press Send and Print again (or use the resend button).
• The wizard will automatically load the existing DIAN ZIP and PDF.
• Confirm to resend to the same recipient or a new one.
• Inherits the account.move.send abstract model.
• Override _get_invoice_extra_attachments to include the ir.attachment from the DIAN ZIP.
• Override _get_placeholder_mail_attachments_data to show the PDF in the preview again.
• Override _get_mail_params to add the PDF as an attachment on the first send (when DIAN generates the ZIP at that time).
• It does not add views, data, permissions or menus.
• Compatible with Odoo 19 Enterprise and Community with Colombian localization.
